Registration for a market is possible only from the moment we send out the relevant newsletter. Applications received earlier will not be processed. Only by e-mail to info@goegekregen.net stating: 

|Market (date) - name & first name stand holder - desired number of running metres of stand space - vehicle number plate|.

Upon receipt of the stand fee, a stand space and number will be linked to your name and registration will be complete. No stand space will be kept free without payment of the stand fee. You will obtain your stand number in the morning by signing in at the stallholders’ entrance. No payment confirmations will be sent.  

Stand fees should be paid by bank transfer to our account number. We ask all participants to pay the stand fee no later than 5 days before the start of the event. 

In case of late registration or payment (from 4 days before the start), you should always forward a proof of payment by e-mail to info@goegekregen.net. This allows us to check your payment.

A waste deposit of €10.00 must be paid. For refunds, please report to the bar at the end of the day. This can be done from 17h00 onwards. You will show a photo of your empty stand. If your stand is clean and empty, you will receive an immediate cash refund of the deposit. 

Stallholders who leave the flea market without having their empty stall approved by the organiser will automatically lose their deposit and will also not be able to retrieve it afterwards.

Upon registration, you will receive a layout plan showing the route for loading and unloading, and a suggested parking space. By police order, it is forbidden to park your vehicle permanently on the site. If you do so, any parking fines will be payable by the stallholder.

Upon arrival, please give the stallholder entrance the surname of your entry after which you will be directed to your personal stall spot. Any further questions? Do not hesitate to speak to one of our staff members!

Exhibitors can start setting up at 07h00. Loading & unloading should be done according to the marked loading & unloading zone on the layout plan attached. Set-up ends at 09h00. This means that at 09h00 loading & unloading ends, cars must be legitimately parked and the market is open to the public.

The event will end at 17h00. Wagons will be allowed back into the loading & unloading zone from 16h30 so that stalls can be cleaned up. Excess waste will be taken back home by participants on police orders.

In case of unfavourable weather conditions, the event will still go ahead. The registration fee will not be refunded. This also applies to late cancellations of entries. Cancellations must be made at least 5 working days before the start of the event (by e-mail to info@goegekregen.net) to happen.

It is forbidden to exceed the allotted pitch space, display objects in the corridors or in front of emergency exits and gates.
At the request of the organisers, the participating stand holder must always be able to provide the names and addresses of the persons present at his stand. The stand holder is co-responsible for these persons in case of problems (theft, disputes and all irregularities in general).

All second-hand goods, junk, antiques, brocante, curios, collections, old stocks etc.

Sale of new products, food, drink, sweets, animals, weapons, erotica, ammunition and anything inconsistent with good order and morals is prohibited. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participants who do not fit into the set-up of the flea market, or who explicitly violate the regulations.
